- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Exclusions: Custom orders, clearance items, final-sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Process: Contact support@grandalfresco.com to initiate a return. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% fee applies to all returns except defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
