Note: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production begins. -
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Are custom-made products refundable?
