We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days.

Return & Refunds

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Custom orders, clearance items, final-sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Process: Contact support@grandalfresco.com to initiate a return. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% fee applies to all returns except defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

  • Cancel orders within 24 hours before shipping for a full refund. Shipped orders are subject to the return policy.

The “Stellar” Artisan Fire Bowl from the Artisan Collection by Ohio Flame embodies the brilliance of celestial objects that span the universe and illuminate our night sky.  Designed and crafted by local artisan, Matt Skillman, this radiant vessel of fire is built with quality and durability.  This redesign of our classic "Stellar" is now available with our very popular Liberty "Standard Base."  With no parts to break or wear out over time, this Artisan Fire Bowl is built to last a lifetime.  The “Stellar” Fire Bowl is crafted from thick carbon American steel that is sourced from local steel mills.  No maintenance is required for this Fire Bowl, as it’s designed to withstand the elements year-round.  The “Stellar” Fire Bowl features a substantial Rain Drain to allow for water drainage, and now comes with a our 4" diameter Blocker Plate and Centering Tee (to close off the Rain Drain if you don't want ash falling through the Rain Drain).  The “Patina Finish” features a natural iron oxide patina that will gradually darken over time.  This Fire Bowl is 100% American Made and is crafted by a local artisan.  The “Stellar” Fire Bowl is backed by Ohio Flame’s Lifetime Warranty, guaranteeing that the Fire Bowl will last a lifetime.
