Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, unassembled, and free of damage caused by improper handling or use.
- All original tags, manuals, and parts must be included.
- The item must be in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions:
Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or other issues unrelated to manufacturing defects are not eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or special-order products.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Gift cards.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Email us at support@grandalfresco.com with your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return. Include photos of the item if applicable.
- Approval Required: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide detailed instructions for the return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
- Ship the Item: Use the return label provided (if applicable) or a shipping method of your choice to return the item to the designated address. You are responsible for ensuring the item is shipped safely to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Grand Alfresco Coverage: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Immediate Action: Document the issue immediately upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours. Include detailed photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.
- Resolution: We will provide instructions on how to return the item or receive a replacement at no additional cost.
Additional Notes:
- Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, additional deductions may apply.
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are permitted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you wish to exchange your item, follow the return process to initiate the exchange.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled at no cost before they ship. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation. If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund hasn’t been received:

- Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
