We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days.

Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Exclusions: Custom orders, clearance items, final-sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Process: Contact support@grandalfresco.com to initiate a return. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% fee applies to all returns except defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refunds
- Processing: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
