Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days.

Return & Refunds

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Custom orders, clearance items, final-sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Process: Contact support@grandalfresco.com to initiate a return. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% fee applies to all returns except defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

  • Cancel orders within 24 hours before shipping for a full refund. Shipped orders are subject to the return policy.

Its tailored fit accommodates both aluminum and wicker designs, while secure fastenings keep it in place during windy conditions. Easy to use and maintain, this cover provides reliable protection, helping to extend the life of your outdoor chaise lounge.

  • The All-Weather Cover fits your furniture like a finely-tailored suit. The snug design doesn’t only look sharp, it also offers additional protection. 
  • For models that feature a zipper, we added a water-resistant YYK zipper for easy application.
  • Wind straps and buckles allow you to secure the AWC to your furniture, holding the cover in place even in powerful wind. 
  • Vents on the back of the cover keep water out while allowing airflow to prevent heat and moisture from building up beneath the cover.

The Outer All-Weather Cover is specifically designed to fit a corresponding Outer seating product. It will not fit outdoor seating solutions from other brands.

Each All-Weather Cover weighs between 2 lbs and 10 lbs depending on its size.

  • KW48 anti-bacterial treatment.
