We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days.

Return & Refunds

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Custom orders, clearance items, final-sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Process: Contact support@grandalfresco.com to initiate a return. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% fee applies to all returns except defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

  • Cancel orders within 24 hours before shipping for a full refund. Shipped orders are subject to the return policy.

The Warren fire table offers a comfortable space to sit around measuring at 42" (L) x 39" (W) x 26" (H). With either a pre-attached 10 ft hose with regulator for a 20lbs. propane tank or a 10ft hose with brass quick connect ends for natural gas connection, it's easy to set up anywhere outside in your backyard.
