We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days.

Return & Refunds

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Custom orders, clearance items, final-sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Process: Contact support@grandalfresco.com to initiate a return. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% fee applies to all returns except defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

  • Cancel orders within 24 hours before shipping for a full refund. Shipped orders are subject to the return policy.

The Driftwood Havenwood Gas Fire Pit Table offers a contemporary style that's perfect for entertaining. The unique Driftwood Everblend textured top pairs with a grey powder-coated metal base. The 12" x 24" Crystal Fire® Plus burner offers a warm, inviting glow. Every handcrafted Everblend top is one-of-a-kind – variations in color, texture, and pattern will occur.

  • Hand-Crafted Design: The Pebble Everblend™ top is crafted by hand, resulting in one-of-a-kind colors, textures, and patterns with natural variation.
  • Durable Materials: A graphite weather-resistant powder-coated base provides the foundation for this Havenwood model.
  • Illuminating Flame: With a 12” x 24” burner and 55,000 BTUs (LP/NG), experience the color, movement, and luminosity unique to the Crystal Fire® Plus Burner.
  • Glass Top Details: Enhancing both safety and aesthetics, the Havenwood fire pit table includes a grey glass burner cover to safely cover and protect the burner when it is not in use.
